Our family’s mission is to produce and maintain dynamic and powerful cattle, with a focus on quality, longevity, soundness and production. In breeding, sales and service, we strive to serve our clients with personable customer service, quick response times and quality work.
Overview
Our family farm was founded 30 years ago by Jerry and Peg Minnicus. We are primarily a row crop and cow-calf operation. At Minnicus Farms, we breed for quality, implementing our own artificial insemination program on our herd to best achieve the quality for which we strive. The herd is based on strong maternal genes and powerful progeny making sires. From commercial cattle to purebred Simmental, Angus to crosses, we produce sound, attractive, sustainable offspring year after year.
We have implemented beef cattle artificial insemination on our own cattle herds to better achieve the genetic goals we set for our herds, and have expanded to offer artificial insemination services to customers.
In our freezer beef sales, we guarantee the high quality of our meat, which keeps customers coming back again and again.
Minnicus Family Farm also offers custom hay baling services to customers, focusing on the same level of quality and attention to customer service.
